Disclosure Required by the Federal Trade Commission:
The MARS (Mortgage Assistance
Relief Services) Rule requires mortgage relief
companies (includes Realtors who list short sales)
to disclose information to consumers to protect them
from being misled and to help them make better
informed purchasing decisions.
1.
The Peggy Rauch Group is not associated with the
government, and our services have not been approved
by the government or the consumer’s lender; the
lender may not agree to change the consumer’s loan;
and if you stop paying your mortgage, you could lose
your home and damage your credit rating.
2. At anytime you can stop doing
business with The Peggy Rauch Group, and can accept
or reject any offer obtained from the lender or
servicer, and, if the offer is rejected there is no
fee. If there is an agreed offer the fee is what was
agreed to in the listing agreement and agreed to by
the lender or servicer.
