Colleen
moved to the Valley of the Sun when
she was a child and considers
Scottsdale her hometown.
Colleen
attended Chaparral High School and
then graduated from Arizona State
University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Psychology.
After
college, Colleen worked in the real
estate industry as an escrow
officer. In 1998, at the urging of
her mother, Peggy Rauch, Colleen got
her real estate license.
Working
to help clients buy or sell homes,
land or commercial properties became
her passion.
In
2002, an opportunity allowed Colleen
to move to California to explore the
mortgage side of the industry. For
seven years, she represented some of
the largest lending institutions and
gained invaluable knowledge on the
inner workings of the mortgage
system.
With
Colleen’s experience and knowledge
in all aspects of the real estate
transactions from escrow to mortgage
to the actual selling and buying of
property, she makes sure her clients
are informed and comfortable every
step of the way.
