As a result of my dedicated work ethic, market knowledge, and technology background I am able to provide both my buyers and sellers with unparalleled service in fulfilling their real estate needs. My philosophy embraces solving problems and resolving conflict as the means to a successful relationship.

I started my career in the real estate field at the age of 23. Since the early 80’s I have been involved in this industry and recognize the importance of having proper representation when buying and selling property. My extensive background allows me to offer unique insight and qualified opinion during your transaction. I am constantly continuing my education to stay current with our changing market as well as developed relationships with other professionals in the industry. I feel the importance of these relationships coupled with the ability to understand all parties needs leads to a successful and smooth transaction.

The first 20 years of my career I was involved in construction and project management. In college I focused on building technologies and applied science followed by studies in computer science. After my education I taught these principals to students at Scottsdale Community College and the Electrical Union apprenticeship program. This experience led me to a career in project management. It was my responsibility to work closely with clients from conception to completion of their project. These included many multi-million dollar homes, high end commercial projects, and condo developments. In 2000 I focused my efforts to full time real estate. I take great pride in my ability to foster long term relationships with my clients.
