I decided to become a full time Real Estate Agent, because I love working with people and I am passionate about showing properties and analyzing the ever changing market place.  I believe my extensive and continued education, international experience and integrity set me apart from most other Realtors.  Simply put, I love what I do and as a result I am very good at it.

I have earned an accreditation with the “Institute for Luxury Home Marketing” and I am enjoying working the luxury market, for it is certainly an exciting venue!  However, I am equally comfortable and committed to working at all other price points. I am determined to make each and every client a priority by giving them all of the time and attention necessary to achieve their objectives.  My specialties include, but are not limited to, general Real Estate, new construction, pre-construction, home sites, re-sales and rentals. 

Demographically, I have elected to concentrate my efforts in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Carefree and Cave Creek areas because I have extensive knowledge and expertise in these specific areas; but keep in mind that I am more than qualified and happy to work in other markets.  I provide all of my clients with excellent sales and negotiating skills as well as unparallel marketing programs; thus it is evident that I truly enjoy both sides of the business, buying and selling properties.
